Economic Turmoil =
Creative Ways to Donate
Who hasn’t felt the economic crunch? We are certainly feeling it here on the mission field, from rising food costs to exorbitant gasoline prices and toll costs. That’s why were are especially grateful for our faithful supporters each month. So we began to think “outside the box.”
One of our needs when traveling back to the States is airline miles and hotel stays. These items can quickly destroy even the most frugal budget.
Now you can donate your airline miles and hotel points to His Harvest. Simply call or email us with your donated airline miles or hotel points and when it’s time to make a reservation we will contact you for further information. It’s that easy! We’ll keep track of it all and with a simple phone call to you we’ll be on our way and on budget!
You can contact us via email. Just click on the Contact Us tab and send us your contact info and how many points you would like to donate and will get back to you ASAP.
We will be back in the States this Summer. Terri will have her cataracts operations in Panama City, FL. We will also be promoting the new ALAS Missions Ministry with a DVD. We’ll be taking our first missions team to Spain in October. We will be traveling extensively throughout the south, east coast, mid-west, and northern states of Wisconsin, Minnesota, and New York. The president of the Frateridad Cristiana has also asked us to visit the five Fraternidad churches in Chicago and Texas.
So you can see that necessity breeds inspiration! We will be driving, but will have a great need for hotel points along the way. If you or someone you know can donate points, please contact us and help His Harvest share the missions vision in the United States.
Wisconsin Team is Really Cooking!

The Madison, Wisconsin Team, lead by Kevin Inman, blessed iBEK during the week of March12~19. All 13 of them, along with the entire school, worked tirelessly to construct kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and install a sink at the Earl Kellum Bible Institute. They also generously donated funds to purchase a new refrigerator and install protective bars around the kitchen at iBEK.
New Ministry Promoting World Vision:
“ALAS Naciones”
This new ministry will promote vision for
world missions, organize short term youth (college age)
missions trips, aide, support, and place
Mexican nationals in foreign fields, and
promote and strengthen apostolic vision.
ALAS means WINGS in English and stands
for A Las Naciones or To The Nations.
So the ministry will be called
“Wings to the Nations.”
Our vision is to send Mexican missionaries
to the nations to evangelize
a lost and dying world.
Why send Mexican missionaries?
Mexican Missionaries...
are more widely accepted in other parts of
the world; they “blend in” better
are more culturally oriented to other parts
of the world in lifestyle, family structure,
and culinary adaptability.
can live comfortably on much less money
than American missionaries, less than
half the monthly support of an American.
are willing to sacrifice and suffer to see
the Kingdom of God advanced.
